E.M Bypass is one of the most important road of the metropolis and can be described as one of its economic lifeline. The Calcutta Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) has taken up a scheme to build a 12 K.M E.M.Bypass Extension from Garia to Baruipur as part of plan to shift district H.Q of South 24 Parganas.

The four lane road, which will link the E.M Bypass to the proposed site of the district headquqrters in Baruipur,will be laid in two phases. The Head Quarter is now based at Alipore.First phase of the work is almost completed.Proposed New Garia- Baruipur Metro will also run alongside the E.M.Bypass Extension.

Our project is situated within one Km. from Kamalgazi on E.M.Bypass Extension and being the first Plot on the road as well as entry from S.N.Ghosh Avenue makes it most conveniently located.
